The housing and hostel amenities available to undergraduate campus-based students differ. The cost of accommodation in Benin republic for each session ranges from 100,000 to 150,000 naira due to the deflation in naira. Depending on the room size, a hostel room can typically hold 2–6 people. There are bathrooms and toilet facilities in every room. But everyone has access to a shared kitchen.

A luxury one-room apartment that is equipped will cost between 100,000 CFA and 200,000 CFA (250,000 Naira to 500,000 Naira) each month. This furnished apartment includes furnishings, a TV, an air conditioner, a refrigerator, a bed, a wardrobe, a drawer, and other useful home appliances. The majority of schools are located in Cotonou, the Benin Republic’s economic capital city, which is also where the apartments took into account in this research are situated. It’s difficult to get an apartment in Cotonou. To get a nice apartment, you will need the assistance of an agent.
