Course Overview
Estate Management is concerned with the evaluation, purchase, development, marketing, and disposition of real estate, as well as the continuous management of real estate.
Estate Management encompasses a wide range of commercial property types such as offices, hotels, and retail development, as well as residential property.

Course Requirement
- Birth certificate
- 6 passport photo and two plastic files (blue, green)
- A minimum of 5 credit at not more than 2 seating in WAEC, NECO, or GCE (including mathematics and English and any other 3 departmental subjects)
- A copy of the applicant’s international passport or ID. Card.
- Medical report
- Master's degree/postgraduate certificate
