Course Overview
Human resource management is a strategic approach to managing people in a company or organization in such a way that they help the company gain a competitive advantage. Its goal is to maximize employee performance in support of a company's strategic goals.
People are critical to the success of any company. Employee performance can be a liability or an asset to a company. As an HR professional, you will play a critical role in your company's success. Human Resource Management (HRM) is critical for all sizes of businesses.

Course Requirement
- Birth certificate
- 6 passport photo and two plastic files (blue, green)
- A minimum of 5 credit at not more than 2 seating in WAEC, NECO, or GCE (including mathematics and English and any other 3 departmental subjects)
- A copy of the applicant’s international passport or ID. Card.
- Medical report
- Master's degree/postgraduate certificate
A graduate of IRGIB-AFRICA University or another approved university is required for entrance to the master's degree program.
