Following the founding of the Primary school in 1989 and the Secondary school in 1990, the Ecole Professionalle Specialisee (EPS) LA-CITE Vie Nouvelle was founded in 2006. The establishment of the EPS LA-CITE University in Cotonou, Benin Republic, is a response to a desire to provide an innovative solution to a number of pressing issues that the people face.

Mr. Raoufou ADEDJOUMAN, Computer Engineer, the CEO of the EPS-LA CITE Vie Nouvelle, recognized the importance of integrating computer tools into the academic curriculum at all levels of instruction, entrepreneurial activities, and the growth of our "country" early on.
He represents EPS-LA CITE Vie Nouvelle to other Boards of Directors, analyzing and implementing the Board's overall strategy.
